Company Offboarding

In the event that a company needs to offboard from Zeal, below are the items that the partner/company must do to successfully offboard:

  1. Zeal needs to be notified that the company will be offboarding (if Zeal is not informed, Zeal will continue to file federal and state quarterly returns when due)

  2. Employees need to be moved to terminated in the Employment Settings page on the Employee Dashboard

Once a company has been offboarded, Zeal will not process any federal and state quarterly and annual returns that are due after the company stops processing payroll with Zeal.
