Members

You can add your team members to your account through the Partner Dashboard. You can add a member to your Partner account by navigating to the "Members" page in the Partner Dashboard.

Partner Accounts

Partner accounts are designed for Zeal customers. These accounts can include multiple members (Superadmin, Partner Admin), each with specific permissions and roles depending on their involvement. Members can:

  • Oversee partner-specific dashboards.

  • Access shared resources within the partner ecosystem.

Company Member Roles

Zeal also supports various member roles within a specific company to manage permissions and access:

  • Company Admin: Has full administrative access to manage company settings, users, and configurations.

  • Guest: Limited access, typically for viewing or specific tasks without administrative privileges.
